A qualified teacher (Yoga Alliance UK) with some ten years personal practice, Robyn originally hails from a background in music. Her yoga journey began as a way to maintain the physical stamina and well-being needed for singing and touring. In addition she began to experience the profound effect that yoga has not just on the body but the mind, and she came to love this ‘moving meditation’.
Robyn teaches Vinyasa style yoga as mindful, strengthening, slow, breath-centered movement, creating various flows and threads to keep her classes fresh and inspiring. She is passionate about making yoga accessible and connecting her students to the practice’s capacity as a vehicle for self-development, discovery and acceptance. With an ongoing interest in functional movement and natural movement, her classes aim to take students on a journey that explores the use of breath, body and awareness, all taught to her curated soundtrack.
