WELCOME TO WILD FLOW YOGA
I offer group and private classes in creative Vinyasa Flow yoga in London.
Vinyasa means 'breath-synchronised movement'. Flowing and dynamic, this energising style of yoga practice builds strength, flexibility and body-awareness, giving the body a good workout as well as leaving you with a sense of grounding, freedom and release.
My classes have a focus on good alignment and offer a creative and carefully sequenced approach to moving the body so you'll be able to quickly feel the benefits. My teaching aims to build a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, developing your understanding of each pose to help you progress at the right pace for you and without injury.
I seek to inspire students connect to their own inner well of energy and strength - channelling their unique wild flow!
